HVAC Sales Manager

Position Overview: 

We’re hiring an experienced and driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our Sales team and ensure a high-performing, customer-focused sales process. This role is responsible for maximizing revenue, coaching the sales team, and refining our strategies to improve close rates and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the HVAC sales team,
• Coach team members through ride-alongs, one-on-ones, and regular check-ins
• Monitor and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) including close rates, average tickets, and financing success
• Refine sales processes and ensure adherence to company standards
• Help manage lead distribution, follow-up procedures, and CRM tracking
• Collaborate with leadership on pricing strategies and promotional campaigns
• Provide regular performance reports and insights to management
• Ensure exceptional customer service is maintained throughout the sales cycle

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of HVAC or in-home sales experience, with leadership responsibilities
• Strong track record of driving results and team success
• Excellent coaching, communication, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, home comfort solutions, and financing options
• Familiarity with CRM systems and digital sales tools
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style
