Great experience with Rescue Air and Plumbing having to replace 2 AC units + furnace. Jeff came out to our house to review our equipment, was extremely knowledgeable, and spent time with me on the phone answering questions and explaining the quote after he was done. Did a great job helping me understand the different options and was very honest and transparent - did not push any higher-priced items and recommended what he felt was needed and right for our household. After we agreed on the equipment and price, Jeff got us locked in for installation the very next day. Eduardo and the installation team were also great - showed up on time with 2 crews to work on the 2 units in parallel. What was expected to be an 8-hour job turned into an almost 12-hour job, lasting until 9 pm, but the crew stayed as long as was needed to get everything done, cleaned up, and even stayed late to walk me through the work they did at the end (I tried to let them head home but they wanted to do the walkthrough - could tell they take pride in their work and want the consumer to understand what you're getting). Clean up was exceptional and the crew ensured everything was put back the way it was before they started. The quality of work was also great and I appreciated them showing me in detail what they had done and how the new features worked as compared to our old equipment. While it's never fun to have to replace expensive AC equipment in the middle of the TX summer, I'm very pleased so far with the work done by Rescue Air and Plumbing and feel that we're in good hands with their team going forward. Definitely recommend - Jeff and Eduardo are both assets to Rescue Air and I'm glad we selected them for our job!

I am elderly, so I have dealt with many service people over the years. I’ve had good service and bad service and everything in between. Saul and Jose came out to fix a problem that was caused by someone that didn’t know what they were doing, but charged me and ghosted me when it was over. They immediately saw the problem and showed me a picture on iPhone and explained what had occurred. This was their procedure throughout the whole service call. They had several suggestions to make but never tried to push these upgrades. The call was pleasant, professional, and efficient. If you ever have heating, air, or plumbing problems, don’t hesitate to call this company. They were highly recommended to me, and I could immediately see why. If all companies ran this way from the front desk on, our world would be a better place. Saul and Jose are the best, and they deserve promotions and raises!!

My first experience with this company has been nothing short of outstanding. Dylan Scott is not only knowledgeable and takes the time to help you understand each and every issue with your plumbing, but I'm sure he is probably one of the nicest human beings at this company, better yet the DFW area (you know what I'm talking about in this post-COVID era). We had a major stoppage on the main sewer line on a Sunday afternoon (of course, right!) before the kids could even poop or pee or bathe (of course, right!) and he was even on his way home from another job (this is the trifecta), and yet, he acted more professionally and courteously than you would ever expect. And I was also pleasantly surprised it was affordable, given the emergent nature of the call and coming out to the house and the level of involvement of the main sewer line. I understand now why this company has such stellar reviews, and I'm grateful that Dylan delivered and exceeded my expectations with this experience. Roman was amazing to work with and I highly recommend Rescue Air! We noticed our house was not cooling and blowing warm air, so I googled 24/7 service in Dallas and found Rescue Air. They were out the next morning, the communication was excellent, I was impressed with the 30-minute call ahead from both the office and Roman himself. Roman demonstrated impressive expertise, quickly diagnosing the issue with our system, which ended up needing to be replaced (21 years old). He took the time to go over every option, including the cost of just replacing the two parts for now. He answered any questions, and gave us 1-year promo on the friends and family plan. The system could not be installed until the next day but he made sure to have our system running to make us comfortable until then, free of charge. His professionalism, service, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I highly recommend Roman and Rescue Air to anyone needing help.
