He fixed our AC problem on an emergency call in about 2 minutes. Saved our bacon from frying on a 97-degree July day. He is a hero to us. I had someone else coming, but after talking to Roman Arnold, I could tell he was the right guy to fix our problem. I cancelled the other service company. My first experience with this company has been nothing short of outstanding. Dylan Scott is not only knowledgeable and takes the time to help you understand each and every issue with your plumbing, but I'm sure he is probably one of the nicest human beings at this company, better yet the DFW area (you know what I'm talking about in this post-COVID era). We had a major stoppage on the main sewer line on a Sunday afternoon (of course, right!) before the kids could even poop or pee or bathe (of course, right!) and he was even on his way home from another job (this is the trifecta), and yet, he acted more professionally and courteously than you would ever expect. And I was also pleasantly surprised it was affordable, given the emergent nature of the call and coming out to the house and the level of involvement of the main sewer line. I understand now why this company has such stellar reviews, and I'm grateful that Dylan delivered and exceeded my expectations with this experience. Roman was amazing to work with and I highly recommend Rescue Air! We noticed our house was not cooling and blowing warm air, so I googled 24/7 service in Dallas and found Rescue Air. They were out the next morning, the communication was excellent, I was impressed with the 30-minute call ahead from both the office and Roman himself. Roman demonstrated impressive expertise, quickly diagnosing the issue with our system, which ended up needing to be replaced (21 years old). He took the time to go over every option, including the cost of just replacing the two parts for now. He answered any questions, and gave us 1-year promo on the friends and family plan. The system could not be installed until the next day but he made sure to have our system running to make us comfortable until then, free of charge. His professionalism, service, efficiency, and commitment to customer satisfaction were outstanding. I highly recommend Roman and Rescue Air to anyone needing help.

Really love the team at Rescue! Not a lot of 5-star HVAC/plumbing companies out there. Priscilla reminded me to book a plumbing maintenance which I low-key didn’t think I needed for my newer home, but it’s good Dylan came out! He was very professional and clear with what he was inspecting and it turns out our toilets have been leaking since day 1 because our builder cut too many corners. If we had skipped the maintenance visit, we would’ve never known. Rescue did their work, referred us to other contractors to remediate the floors/leaks, and I am overall really happy we paid for the membership that included these maintenance visits. It was cheaper to have the membership than pay full price anyway to fix our original A/C issue.

Roman was great. Super professional and super helpful. Told me the costs of everything and gave me great updates as we went along. He gave me some great advice and really did his best to make sure I had all the information necessary to make the right decision. He got my old AC back up and running like a dream. Although I didn't take his advice to have it replaced (it's 15 years old), I appreciate his efforts.
