We’ve all been there before, need a repair but don't know who to call? On Monday morning, I called 5 different HVAC companies to come out and inspect our AC condenser which kept shutting off. After receiving quotes from two companies, Roman with RescueAir showed up just before 6 p.m. With no knowledge of the previous quotes or inspections, I asked Roman to verify a few key issues the other HVAC technicians called out. He took his time to thoroughly explain the technical side and show me readings that disproved what other technicians had advised. He listened to me rant about the challenges I faced with my system and shared knowledge (technical and mechanical) so I could understand what's causing my system to act the way it is. I loved being able to learn more about my specific HVAC system. I received a quote for a new system and am still shopping around with a couple of other companies, but the service, the knowledge, and the professionalism are what immediately separates Roman from the rest of the technicians I’ve worked with. Thank you, Roman. Rescue, you got one hell of an employee.

AC put in by a different firm broke again and we called them for service. They came out and saw we have a tricky route to the roof and were not the least bit motivated to try to navigate it. While dreading that we were going to be spending yet another night trying to sleep in 90+ degrees, we ran into Jeff from Rescue Air who was at our complex helping another client. We got talking and told him our story and he immediately offered to try to help. He was on the roof easily and quickly and had our problem fixed in 10 minutes. Would give 10 stars if possible and we will be changing our HVAC company to Rescue Air going forward. Kudos to Jeff for his friendliness, helpfulness, and expertise.

They were polite, professional, thorough, and were extremely knowledgeable. No one wants to have to spend so much money, but if and when you do, it’s nice to know that the technicians that are customer-facing are of this caliber. Philip KNOWS HIS STUFF! Jun 4, 2025

Let me first say that Philip KNOWS HIS STUFF! I’ve been having an issue with one of my downstairs toilets for well over a year. I have two other restrooms, so it wasn’t a big deal to where I needed to drop everything to address it. The issue was that there was a super slow flow in the water line that caused the toilet to fill up extremely slow and for the cold water side of the faucet to flow slow as well. After Philip asked me a few questions and I answered them, he then asked if I had a valve box, and my answer was yes, so I took him to it. Turns out that the valve that controls the water flow to that restroom was pretty much cut off, causing the flow to be slow. Philip opened that baby all the way up and that water flow came rushing through like it’s supposed to! The crazy part about it is, I actually had two other companies look at it when I first noticed it a year ago, and they both concluded that it was some foreign object in the line and that they’d have to cut through my wall to retrieve it. That’s the reason it took me so long to get it fixed; I just wasn’t ready to pay out of the Wazoo to have the work done! I REALLY appreciate this company! It pays to have someone that actually KNOWS what they’re talking about and not just guessing!

05/31/2025 Great and honest help seems to be harder and harder to find these days. So, imagine being in a position of having to find a new HVAC company AND purchase a new system. This is where we found ourselves, and it has been very stressful. However, Rescue Air was recommended to us by our previous and trusted HVAC guy, and they were able to come out and see us within hours of our call. Cole K came out and spent several hours listening to us, answering our many questions, and taking a look at our existing system before presenting solutions that would work for us. We are so excited that our new system will be installed tomorrow! While we were a cautious and a little nervous about the cost of the new system, Cole addressed all of our concerns without ever rushing or pressuring us just so he could make a sale. We really appreciate the time Cole took with us. His honest and direct approach, professionalism, and friendliness really says a lot about him and about Rescue Air. We are looking forward to a long and great future dealing with your company! PART 2 06/01/2025 What’s almost as good as same-day service? Next-day service! And I really can’t hold that one day against them because I only bought the system late yesterday evening. So, from our initial call to Rescue Air yesterday afternoon, to their representative coming out only a couple of hours later, to their installation team coming out this morning to spend most of the day getting us squared away, I have never experienced such speedy and yet comprehensive and friendly service! Kudos to our installation team of Austin M. and Ty F.! They worked continuously and tirelessly all day long getting our old system out, cleaning ducts and installing, testing, and training us on our new system. They worked great as a team, were so courteous and polite, and really gave us a good feeling about our purchase and about the company they represent! All companies and products have a reputation, be it good or not, but I like to meet the people behind those reputations to form my own opinion, and the folks we’ve met from Rescue Air are just great people! Our sales experience yesterday afternoon - a Saturday (!) with Cole K. was great. He is incredibly knowledgeable and worked with us to find the right solution for our needs. Today (Sunday!!!) our installation experience was outstanding! Austin M. & Ty F. came out bright and early and hit the ground running. Unfortunately, they had to address and fix some hiccups from a previous install that they handled like champs and kept going. Then there was a small hiccup with an incorrect part that got delivered - Austin got on the phone and made stuff happen and kept his word that he and Ty wouldn’t leave until we had a cold house (again - on a Sunday!!). The level of attention to detail was next level from them both. Things we never would have been smart enough to know if corners had been cut - they pointed out and explained how thorough they were being, and God bless them for that. Austin and Ty are next level. Professional, knowledgeable, nice, easy to work with. Rescue Air is very lucky to have them representing the company. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. They are not the cheapest - and I completely understand why. With Rescue Air you get what you pay for, and you can’t put a price on peace of mind. Great job, guys!
