Purchased my first home, and the 14-year-old heat pump unit failed during the 2023 winter storm a couple weeks into ownership. Jeff diagnosed and the team replaced the entire system in the snow the same day – which included the installation manager, John, bending over backwards to get their Carrier/Lennox dealer to open back up after shutting down. The second day, they came back to install some dampers in the icy conditions. Phenomenal level of service to John and his install team. I’d hire them again in a split second – well done!

Matthew was a life saver!!! On the coldest day of the year, our heat pump decided to stop working. We called Rescue Air, spoke with Mitch, who clearly showed empathy and got us Matthew within 30 minutes! Matthew came out and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He worked so hard in the freezing cold! (9 degrees!!) Unfortunately, our system will need to be replaced, but we will be using Rescue Air to replace it! 5 stars is not enough for this company!!!
