Roman is the best service technician of any kind I’ve worked with or performed service in my home. He is professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and he is a hustler! He fixed our AC problem on an emergency call in about 2 minutes. Saved our bacon from frying on a 97 degree July day. He is a hero to us. I had someone else coming, but after talking to Roman Arnold, I could tell he was the right guy to fix our problem. I cancelled the other service company. There was a safety issue with exposed wiring on my old unit that I didn't know about as well, and I was thankful he pointed this out. He presented options for the repair with straightforward pricing that allowed me to make a decision quickly and confidently, and the crew did the work the next day. He even did a temporary fix to keep the house cool overnight.
