Austin and Ty came to our property the very next day and did a fantastic job with the install. Rescue Air Heating and Plumbing is one of the top in DFW. Don't hesitate to call them if you want 5 star service. They just installed a new 3 ton Lennox AC unit and all new duct work for our master unit. It was a perfect job. The city inspector that came out to give an inspection said it was one of the best jobs he had seen. This is a top notch company who always puts customer service and satisfaction first. A true test of any service company is its customer service, especially when things don't go as expected. On the day of installation, it turned out that the proposed air handler could not fit into the closet and Rescue Air took responsibility all the way to the owner, Mike, who paid me a visit to work out the best way to resolve the issue. After installation, the drain pipe and filter grille had to be reconfigured and Jason Reyes went beyond and above with his customer service. Jason was courteous, professional, and seemed to care about making sure that I had the best solution and outcome. I am satisfied that a situation that could have easily left a sour taste in my mouth was creatively and thoughtfully resolved.

Mr. Arnold didn’t just diagnose the issue with the AC and give an estimate but took the time to prove exactly what was malfunctioning by isolating and explaining each system in the unit and was sympathetic to the condition of my mother’s health and arranged the install the very next morning, and the installers that arrived the next morning were impressive and worked very hard all day installing an entire system. I strongly recommend Rescue Air!
