The installers, Austin Mauzy and Tyrese Fuller, were amazing. They arrived in the morning and completed the entire AC unit replacement near lunch time—super efficient and impressive.
They were punctual, friendly, and extremely professional the whole time. What really stood out was their attention to detail—they even fixed the uneven outdoor unit by properly leveling it with rubber supports and installed a refrigerant lock for added protection.
Everything was done cleanly and carefully, and they made sure everything was perfect before leaving. It’s rare to find this level of workmanship and care.

I Will Consider Rescue Air
We requested an estimate for duct cleaning, which we felt was needed because we have a burned-out motor for one of the blowers and we thought we should get the duct cleaning before we replace that motor. He was very thorough in explaining everything. He provided pictures with his estimate. He discussed the benefits of replacing the entire system, as our system is 17 years old. He feels the motor burnout was due to the age of the system and not from any biological buildup which may have caused the motor failure. He gave me a lot to think about. At this point I don't know what I'm going to do, as it's sort of a family decision. But whatever decision I make, I will consider Rescue Air, as I was very impressed by their rating on both Yelp and Google, which always factors into the decision I make regarding the company I'm going to use.
