Jose came out last Saturday to inspect everything and tell me what the main problems were, and then I scheduled with him for the team to come out on the following Thursday to do all the repairs in the attic and put in a whole new heating/AC unit which was 17 yrs old (life expectancy 15 yrs). The whole team - Jose, Saul, Austin, Tyrese, and Joe - gave me excellent service and got EVERYTHING done in one day. They explained everything regarding the problems in my old unit and what all they had done (mainly in the attic) to fix the problems. I was very impressed with their thoroughness, their efficiency, their professionalism, and their honesty. In addition, the service advisor - Jeff - was extremely helpful and was able to answer my follow up questions. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely amazing job! I have never had an experience with any type of service as good as what I have had today. Junior and his team were incredibly courteous and friendly. They were thorough throughout the entire installation process, and they checked with me first regarding placement of new return vents and walked me through the entire system they put in. Junior answered every question I had, and he and his team were incredibly respectful. This was by far the best home improvement experience I have ever had, and I would recommend Junior and his crew to every person I meet, not just due to the outstanding quality of their work but the dedication and compassion they showed to me as a homeowner having to suddenly replace an entire heating/cooling system in my home. Update after needing services done: Josue and Jose were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to get both our thermostats on the same model since our current thermostat was no longer made. They were incredibly friendly and talked my wife and I through everything to make sure we understood the issue as well as what needed to be fixed. It wasn't an emergency, but they made sure to get everything handled the same day! I am so impressed with the Rescue Air team every time they come out, but Josue and Jose managed to impress me more than I even thought possible. They are shining examples of what every technician should strive to be. I hope if I ever have issues with my system, they are sent to assist again.
