Had them out to look at our furnace. Everything after that has been an awful experience. Told me they wouldn’t look for the part unless I agreed to an estimate. Asked for an estimate, haven’t received anything. No update on if they can get the part. I understand HVAC companies would rather us replace equipment at every turn but when that day comes they won’t be the ones I call.
Update: Company did right by us in getting someone out to get the part in and get our system back up and running
