Matthew was a life saver! On the coldest day of the year, our heat pump decided to stop working. We called Rescue Air, spoke with Mitch who clearly showed empathy, and got us Matthew within 30 minutes! Matthew came out and was super knowledgeable and helpful. He worked so hard in the freezing cold! (9 degrees!) Unfortunately, our system will need to be replaced, but we will be using Rescue Air to replace it! 5 stars is not enough for this company!
