Victor Duenas was excellent and friendly. In fact, he is the best service person I have had across all other repairs. He was knowledgeable and made the plumbing repair and cleaned up after his work was finished. I also liked the fact that he did not overcharge me and gave me a discount. Also glad to know that this company sends people out on Sunday for an emergency for a clogged kitchen sink. I will ask for him again and use this company for HVAC in the future.

Their customer service exceeds expectations
Started using their plumbing service, and that seems to be a mistake. They are super courteous, and they don’t push anything. That being said, this is the second “free maintenance” as part of our maintenance plan that has been done, and the second time something has immediately broken after they have left, and I mean same-day immediately.
First it was a toilet upstairs the previous time, now our shower stopped draining the second visit. All done with their plumbing plan, may move on from their AC service since I doubt the integrity now, as in do we need the random parts they say we do each maintenance visit.
They’ve been responsive in reference to concerns, worked with us on AC installation and such, but it’s been one thing after another. The techs that have shown up have always been nice, but there have been issues each time after they leave.
Update: Rescue Air immediately addressed my concerns. Phillip came back out, made some adjustments, and everything is working. Their customer service honestly is not and has never been an issue, it exceeds expectations especially for the industry they are in.
