Dylan came during a very busy weekend for him. He came on a Sunday morning with an excellent attitude and willingness to help. He communicated extremely well and set expectations along the way. After a lengthy process that involved appliance companies and the gas company, Dylan was the one to diagnose and fix our gas dryer problem. I cannot overstate his great attitude and desire to help us. We finally have a working dryer! Dylan Scott was fantastic. I hope I never need him again but would be very pleased if he did come out for any plumbing issues.

Tyler was great when he and Oscar came out to bid on a gas line installation. He asked good questions about our existing appliances and suggested we consider adding a line for a future pool heater (which we had been considering). Tyler broke out the bid based on alternates for the two (gas grill and pool heater) gas lines and trenching.
