Jose came out last Saturday to inspect everything and tell me what the main problems were, and then I scheduled with him for the team to come out on the following Thursday to do all the repairs in the attic and put in a whole new heating/AC unit which was 17 yrs old (life expectancy 15 yrs). The whole team - Jose, Saul, Austin, Tyrese, and Joe - gave me excellent service and got EVERYTHING done in one day. They explained everything regarding the problems in my old unit and what all they had done (mainly in the attic) to fix the problems. I was very impressed with their thoroughness, their efficiency, their professionalism, and their honesty. In addition, the service advisor - Jeff - was extremely helpful and was able to answer my follow up questions. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them in the future.

Absolutely amazing job! I have never had an experience with any type of service as good as what I have had today. Junior and his team were incredibly courteous and friendly. They were thorough throughout the entire installation process, and they checked with me first regarding placement of new return vents and walked me through the entire system they put in. Junior answered every question I had, and he and his team were incredibly respectful. This was by far the best home improvement experience I have ever had, and I would recommend Junior and his crew to every person I meet, not just due to the outstanding quality of their work but the dedication and compassion they showed to me as a homeowner having to suddenly replace an entire heating/cooling system in my home. Update after needing services done: Josue and Jose were AMAZING! They went above and beyond to get both our thermostats on the same model since our current thermostat was no longer made. They were incredibly friendly and talked my wife and I through everything to make sure we understood the issue as well as what needed to be fixed. It wasn't an emergency, but they made sure to get everything handled the same day! I am so impressed with the Rescue Air team every time they come out, but Josue and Jose managed to impress me more than I even thought possible. They are shining examples of what every technician should strive to be. I hope if I ever have issues with my system, they are sent to assist again.

Chase was very informative and friendly, however I have to postpone having my ducts cleaned due to cost. Hope to be able to use them in the future 😃 4/26/22. Gerber Palacios and his partner did a fantastic job. They installed a complete HVAC system, new thermostat, a new duct, new pad for my AC outside, insulation in my attic, and cleaned everything up 😃😃😃😃 Mathew came today 6/11/22 and fixed the leaking water problem. He unclogged the drain line and also told me about a chemical pack that will keep the line from future clogging. Replace every 6 months. I am so relieved!! Conner came today (11/24) and gave me an estimate to fix two valves that attach water to my washing machine. He saved me a lot of money since my current washer still works, and I could wait on this repair until early next year. Thank you so much!

Melvin and Randy just left after working diligently for 9+ hours to install a complete new HVAC system and clean all my ductwork. They were polite, professional, thorough, and were extremely knowledgeable. No one wants to have to spend so much money, but if and when you do, it’s nice to know that the technicians that are customer-facing are of this caliber. If every Rescue Air technician is as good as Melvin and Randy, you can’t go wrong with Rescue Air.

05/31/2025 Great and honest help seems to be harder and harder to find these days. So, imagine being in a position of having to find a new HVAC company AND purchase a new system. This is where we found ourselves and it has been very stressful. However, Rescue Air was recommended to us by our previous and trusted HVAC guy and they were able to come out and see us within hours of our call. Cole K. came out and spent several hours listening to us, answering our many questions and taking a look at our existing system before presenting solutions that would work for us. We are so excited that our new system will be installed tomorrow! While we were cautious and a little nervous about the cost of the new system, Cole addressed all of our concerns without ever rushing or pressuring us just so he could make a sale. We really appreciate the time Cole took with us. His honest and direct approach, professionalism, and friendliness really say a lot about him and about Rescue Air. We are looking forward to a long and great future dealing with your company! PART 2 06/01/2025 What’s almost as good as same-day service? Next-day service! And I really can’t hold that one day against them because I only bought the system late yesterday evening. So, from our initial call to Rescue Air yesterday afternoon, to their representative coming out only a couple of hours later, to their installation team coming out this morning to spend most of the day getting us squared away, I have never experienced such speedy and yet comprehensive and friendly service! Kudos to our installation team of Austin M. and Ty F.! They worked continuously and tirelessly all day long getting our old system out, cleaning ducts and installing, testing and training us on our new system. They worked great as a team, were so courteous and polite, and really gave us a good feeling about our purchase and about the company they represent! We even added a tankless hot water heater. We booked with them, and the work was completed quickly. Any question we had was answered promptly by our representative Jeff. The on-site plumbing team (Chris and Bobby) and HVAC team (Austin and Ty) were friendly, courteous, and efficient. My 25+ year old HVAC went haywire on a Friday afternoon in mid-July. I contacted multiple companies that evening to have someone come out and Rescue Air was the first to not only respond, but also ask about my well-being in the midst of having no AC. Roman Arnold came out the very next morning and assessed the situation, and not only explained to me what happened but the likely reasons why. I had to get my HVAC system completely replaced and could not have asked for a better person to walk me through the process of picking a new unit to financing. Roman didn’t try to upsell or badger me - but was empathetic, knowledgeable, and respectful to my situation from the moment he walked through the door. Their installation team who came the next day was equally as great, providing updates throughout the process and making sure the system was functioning smoothly before they left. It’s been one month since my HVAC was replaced and it’s been a dream - no issues, no concerns, and I even saved $75 on this month’s energy bill. I will without a doubt be using Rescue Air for any of my future HVAC needs.
