I wasn’t sure about sticking with a monthly maintenance plan at first. For a while, the call center wasn’t very helpful, and getting service appointments on time was a struggle. I had to be flexible when rescheduled appointments, only to be disappointed when technicians arrived to replace filters but left the boxes and/or failed to service the exterior units. The sales representative sold us on the service that twice a year, a tech would visit our units, perform maintenance, and inspect for any potential issues. However, the service did not meet my expectations initially.
Blake Daye really made a difference with his professionalism, friendly demeanor, and commitment to delivering top-notch service. I agreed to an extra service because I truly felt Blake’s genuine desire to ensure our units remain in great shape for the long haul. I’d only stick with this maintenance plan if it meant having someone like Blake dedicated to providing the same outstanding service.
