It started getting later in the day, so I called with desperation in my voice, and they assured me he would be there. Eli called and said he was on his way, and upon arrival in about 30 minutes, he had diagnosed the problem and was on his truck pulling the part to be replaced. He took the time to show me the old part and where it failed and how it worked, which was so refreshing. He was courteous and polite and ultimately very skilled. We called 2 other '24 hour service' shops around the same time. One put us on hold and never answered back. The other didn't bother to call at all. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to use Rescue as my dad's friend that works on AC units was available and close by. However, I wanted to leave an outstanding review for Rescue as they were responsive and their communication is on point. Best Service Person I Have Had
Victor Duenas was excellent and friendly. In fact, he is the best service person I have had across all other repairs. He was knowledgeable and made the plumbing repair and cleaned up after his work was finished. I also liked the fact that he did not overcharge me and gave me a discount.
