Having a 90-year-old in the house, he was sensitive to our situation, worked late, and added a temporary solution until the parts could come in. The AC Is Working Great!
Our AC was not functioning properly. As usual, Rescue Air responded quickly. Our technician, Kevin, was knowledgeable, professional, extremely polite, and respectful. Kevin was especially patient as we moved our five dogs around so they could have outside time and he could get to our unit outside.
