I recently had a new water heater installed by Rescue Air. Dylan Scott sat down with me and discussed everything about the installation including the warranty, which I appreciated.
During the installation Eric Rivera noticed damp sheet rock covering a copper pipe in the water heater closet.
The pipe leak became worse and had to be repaired. Rescue Air did a great job getting everything repaired and back to normal.

We called Rescue Air & Plumbing and they sent Eric and Jesus. Not only did these two experts solve our mysterious water issue (ended up not being a plumbing problem) but they helped identify a looming water heater issue that could have caused a flooding disaster but provided sound recommendations and skilled service in the installation of a new water heater and flood stop. They even ran around DFW to replace my water heater with a hard-to-find warranty version. Now that is service that you just don't experience very often anymore. These two gentlemen are the real deal.
