Our AC was not functioning properly. As usual, Rescue Air responded quickly. Our technician, Kevin, was knowledgeable, professional, extremely polite, and respectful. Kevin was especially patient as we moved our five dogs around so they could have outside time and he could get to our unit outside. Had a drip from my A/C unit located in the ceiling of my condo last night and through most of the day. At first thinking the drain was clogged, Kevin Lopez immediately realized that the issue was a section of cracked PVC pipe exiting the drain. He had all the necessary parts that needed to be replaced and did a wonderful job fixing it. From start to finish, this was all done within about 45 minutes before 6:00 p.m. Kevin was professional and efficient, friendly and courteous, and willing to do what it took to get the job done, no matter the time. We had a problem with our air conditioning condensation drain line which caused our thermostat to go blank and stop working.
